How Payment Works

Payment is made at the time of booking — simple, upfront, and no surprises.

If you select the Weigh It For Me option, a $60 deposit is required at booking to secure your service. Once we collect and weigh your laundry, you will only be invoiced for any weight exceeding 5kg. Any additional invoice must be paid before delivery.

If you select a weight tier at booking, your full payment is taken upfront. We will still weigh your laundry upon collection to confirm you’ve selected the correct tier.

• If your laundry exceeds the tier you selected, you’ll receive an invoice for the difference — which must be paid before delivery.

• If your laundry comes in under the tier you selected, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.

Please note: additional invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being issued. If payment is not received within this time, a holding fee will apply before your laundry can be returned.
