How Pickup & Delivery Works

We make laundry day easy with convenient morning pickups and next-day delivery.

Pickup

When making your booking, you will only see 7:00am as the available pickup time. This is simply the start of our pickup window — your laundry may be collected anytime between 7:00am and 10:00am on your selected day. To ensure a smooth pickup, please have your laundry securely bagged and ready at your front door or nominated pickup location by 7:00am on the day of collection.

Delivery

Once your laundry has been washed, dried and folded, it will be returned the following afternoon. Your freshly cleaned laundry will be placed back in the same location it was collected from.

Friday Pickups

Orders collected on Friday will be returned on Saturday morning. Please note that we operate on Saturday mornings only, and are closed from 10:00am onwards on Saturdays and all day Sunday.

Turnaround Time

Our standard service includes a 24-hour turnaround, with all orders returned the next day unless you have booked our express same-day service.

If you have any special delivery instructions, feel free to let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
